Spicy Jicama Fries
1 Medium Jicama
1 TBSP Lime Juice, Fresh
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1 TBSP Organic Olive Oil
1. Peel jicama and slice into 1/4” fries.
2. In large bowl, mix jicama with all other ingredients until thoroughly blended.
3. Allow to sit 1 hour before serving (let sit overnight in refrigerator for more robust flavor).
