PhyZeke Boot Camp

An hour of boot camp, 3 times a week, aimed to sculpt your body and get rid of those unpleasant bulges. We mix it up, so each session delivers variety and results. You’ll also get nutrition tips and take-aways, and your “homework” to keep the results and your enthusiasm, going!

We are currently offering early morning boot camp to help kick start your day or evening classes to blow off steam after work. Move your body, get your heart pumping and focus on yourself. Contact us to learn more about times and current promotions to get started!
