If you like a good workout, but prefer being with a small group of people for the social interaction, inspiration and support, then these studio classes are for you. Similar in style to a boot camp, it works you out from head to toe, and progresses with you. Each 8-12 week session is designed to take you and your fellow trainees to the next level of health and fitness.
