With more individual attention than boot camp, this class is geared to sculpt the body, targeting all parts. This is a body pumping, muscle sculpting, weight-lifting and light cardio class. It’s the perfect class for those that enroll in a weekly personal training session and want to supplement their routine, or for someone who’s routine is mainly cardio and wants to add workouts with weights.
